Terrible experience! Took my car in for a warranty-covered repair, and they refused to provide a loaner vehicle. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely clueless about basic service questions. If you’re considering a Volkswagen—don’t! And if you already own one, stay far away from this dealership. Save yourself the headache!
I recently had my 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan serviced at the San Jose dealership for the 60K mile service, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I had a reservation for 8:30 AM with the 60k service being an oil and coolant replacement, filter changes, tire rotation and alignment, and added washer fluid and fuel boost The cost for parts was $290.55, which seems reasonable, but the labor charge was a staggering $702.38. Quick and reliable service. Person at the front desk was very nice, friendly and she went out of her way to ensure that vehicle got delivered on time.
