Helpful and friendly.
We booked our car into VW Captiol yesterday for a service check. We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Cindy. She was helpful, friendly and professional. We will absolutely be retuning here and would rate 5 stars for customer service.
Absolute worst experience at a dealership, specifically the service center. We chose this dealership because we didn’t like the service at the Stevens Creek location. Now we seem to be dealing with the same issues here. We have been dealing with issues with our brand new 2023 VW Tiguan ever since we purchased it. Two main issues; turbos/fuel injection and infotainment system. Neither have worked correctly and have been told that it works this way by design. Terrible experience! Took my car in for a warranty-covered repair, and they refused to provide a loaner vehicle. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely clueless about basic service questions. If you’re considering a Volkswagen—don’t! And if you already own one, stay far away from this dealership. Save yourself the headache!
I recently had my 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan serviced at the San Jose dealership for the 60K mile service, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I had a reservation for 8:30 AM with the 60k service being an oil and coolant replacement, filter changes, tire rotation and alignment, and added washer fluid and fuel boost The cost for parts was $290.55, which seems reasonable, but the labor charge was a staggering $702.38.
