Patty who was first seemingly wonderful got aggressive over text when I followed up on my car’s status at the end of the day. Sometimes by trying to be courteous and letting people do their jobs without rushing them can be taken as “not following up”. Is it a customer’s prerogative to follow up on their car multiple times a day? Especially when you have an automated system that seems to message about everything else? Helpful and friendly.
We booked our car into VW Captiol yesterday for a service check. We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Cindy. She was helpful, friendly and professional. We will absolutely be retuning here and would rate 5 stars for customer service.
Absolute worst experience at a dealership, specifically the service center. We chose this dealership because we didn’t like the service at the Stevens Creek location. Now we seem to be dealing with the same issues here. We have been dealing with issues with our brand new 2023 VW Tiguan ever since we purchased it. Two main issues; turbos/fuel injection and infotainment system. Neither have worked correctly and have been told that it works this way by design. Terrible experience! Took my car in for a warranty-covered repair, and they refused to provide a loaner vehicle. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely clueless about basic service questions. If you’re considering a Volkswagen—don’t! And if you already own one, stay far away from this dealership. Save yourself the headache!
