I contacted Capitol Travel for assistance in a European trip for 4 of us in my family. After getting a call back I described what I was looking for and said I needed help planning. After a couple emails back & forth I had not heard anything for a week, so contacted a different agency, I received great communication and information and have booked a 3-week trip with the other agency.
