I would highly recommend going somewhere else to have your vehicle serviced. This place is a joke. Not only do they tell you that you need repairs that do not need to be done but they will argue with you about it even through text messages after you have picked up your vehicle. If you do decide to take your vehicle there, make sure to avoid the service advisor named David Ames. I don't know why they would continue to employ him after the way I was treated. They over charge for the services they offer and will try to talk you... read more

Steve B. was the most professional, caring and thoughtful service manager. My 4runner had the catalytic converter cut from it while I was at work. Bummer! Once my vehicle was at Capital Toyota he communicated with me, my husband and the insurance company. He was professional, timely and went above and beyond. My family really appreciated all of his knowledge and expertise! Thank you Steve!
