First of all, Jose Villa is an awesome advisor. He was very professional to deal with. Now the issue is that I'm sure the technician that worked on my car took shortcuts on the procedure. The reason why I even took my car for service is because I don't have a scanner to do a CVT FE fluid change on my own. The scanner was suppose to get the transmission into the right temperature. In the service department, their mechanics do not do their job well at all and are indifferent to customers' cars. Once, they tore the tires of the cars while changing tires, and another time, they did not close the oil seal under the engine after changing the oil. It seems that their mechanics are not professional. I discussed the issue with the service department manager, but he did not pay any attention.

We have always had our cars serviced with Toyota. On our recent visit for my Avalon, we were handled by Mike. Great guy who did what he could do, to rectify an error. His initial diagnosis called for the servicing of the spark plugs,,among others which we agreed to do. Upon checking our files and after payment, we checked our files at home and found out the spark plugs were just changed a few months ago. He refunded us.
