My mother called and made an appointment to get her car fixed or to repair the damages , naturally she needs an estimate so she sets a time to bring Toyota Corolla in . She arrives just to be told that they could not give her an estimate because it was an insurance issue not the service department here at Toyota 🤯. Does it take that much of someone's time to get an estimate for repairs besides the insurance company allows my mother to get her car fixed anywhere she See's fit ......
