Сегодня жена поехала менять моторное масло сказали что оплатить дилер что у нас. Бесплатное замена а до этого русскоязычный сотрудник заставил оплатить замену почему так случилось если хотите могу спросить у жены точную дату когда заставили оплатить

Scheduling was good, the drop off was good as was the work, but OMG their system to deliver your car is so archaic and unreliable. They just speak your number into a radio and the valet driver good and gets it. Every time I go I have to wait a half hour or I have to speak to someone again to retrieve my vehicle. They need to clean up this process.... So painful.

I had a very good experience at Capital Toyota, especially with KJ in the finance department. He was professional, helpful, and very patient during the whole process.
