Beware of Capitol Toyota’s sales rep Oscar Rosales— terrible post-sale service! We paid in full for our car in June, and Oscar promised to mail us our title and second car key. It’s now October, and we still haven’t received anything. After we paid, he completely stopped responding to our calls and messages. This dealership prices are very expensive. For a 60000 mile service on 2017 Toyota Prius Prime, they quoted me $2400 and with discounts $1900. They would not even give me a price on the parts for this quote. All they said labor is $296 an hour. Given they spend may be 3 hours on it, still way too expensive . A search of the web shows prices as high as $470 including $80 for parts. I am very disappointed that Toyota allows their dealers charge such astronomical prices . No star at all.
