Moved in here because of the great view and location. Apartment itself is a little outdated. Heat and AC can't be run all year, so heat only in winter and AC only for summer. The windows are from the 70s, so both hot and cold air can escape. Intercom to let in guests has never worked for me. Kitchen is small but functional. The building has hot water issues, which shut off for 4 days, still waiting on some sort of compensation. Leasing staff is decently friendly, which keeps my complaints to a minimum.
