As a buyer agent , they made the whole process so easy for me by letting me know all the documents needed ahead of time , and also letting my client know what documents need to be taken care of a head of the big day , closing. EDIT 6/4/2023: Updating review from 1 start to 4 stars: Baltimore City lost my deed but Capital Title immediately jumped on this to continued to contact Baltimore City every two weeks. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO REPLY: I sent THREE (3) follow up emails about getting a receipt and I did not get a response. I even cc'd my husband's email and he also did not get a response. My husband called Christie told my husband that they would send the receipt to us, but still no email from them. Whoever responded is lying and trying to save face... read more
