Horrible company, Dont Use. I had purchased a house in 2012 and they were my closing company. As shady and inefficient they are, they were in a rush to sign all the documents to get the closing done and get their money. But when they sent the "Deed" to the Anne Arundel County, they only had the seller sign it and never made me or ask me to sign.
