Capital Tire staff was in their great team mode! My worn tires needed to be replaced and aligned, and it was done so thoughtfully. Derick is a very thorough, conscientious and knowledgeable service manager, as always. He worked with me to be sure that I got what I wanted: really good tires, but not paying unnecessarily extra for top of the line tires. And the team just jumped in and help to get the job done. They gave me a ride home and picked me up later because the work on my car involved a lot of time and different staff.

Service was professional, the techs I interacted with were informative, and they helped me find a solution that worked for me instead of pushing me towards a more expensive fix that may or may not have been necessary. They made sure I had a courtesy car when I needed one, and they kept me in the loop through the week that my car was in their care. I’ll never not recommend Capitol Tire & Auto to friends and family who ask.

I would never take my car here again. This was my third stop on a Thursday evening as the other shops could not get my car done until Monday. Capitol Tire lied to get my business by stating they could fix Friday, as long as issue was simple and they had part, that is, as long as issue was something like spark plugs, which was their initial diagnosis. I needed an inspection of a truck that I wanted to buy, very abruptly. I must have called a dozen other shops in Madison, and no one had availability. I just worked my way across the map, and came across these guys, who I had never worked with. Pleasant and courteous on the phone, and they worked me in within a couple hours, and did a really thorough inspection at a rate that was surprisingly low. I bought the truck. 10/10 will go back for service.
