Great service! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Felt more like a friend offering advice based on what I wanted to do instead of feeling forced to get specific things done. Will be coming back here for all of my future car troubles. Also the option to get a ride to and from work is a godsend!
Service beyond the call. They sent some guys to help my daughter whose car was disabled about two blocks away from their shop. We ultimately had the car towed to Capitol Tire for their diagnosis. I got an honest diagnosis and assessment from the staff, but decided to not do the repair since it was nearly the value of the car itself. They were very accommodating, and allowed us to leave the car on their lot with no storage fee while we located a replacement car for my daughter. I will return here for all future work. Had a transmission fluid exchange performed. The whole interaction was seamless, professional and satisfactory. This shop is our go-to for everything. They are fast, courteous and accommodating. They will schedule your service when they have loaner cars available and are so helpful. I'll be taking my car back this week for a new heater core and coolant flush. My check engine light came on. I called Capitol and took the car in. Within minutes they diagnosed the problem and started working on it. An advantage to being a regular customer is they know my car (and me). Great, dependable service.
