The manager, James, and the billing staff here are incompetent. The procedure staff are acceptable, but barely provide any assistance. The tech just sat on his computer the whole time I was there. I did not feel safe having my epidural injection here. Plus, I waited two hours to get my injection. Go to a different surgical center if you can. If you have Cigna insurance they make you pay for your procedure before you have it and pretend they will bill your insurance company. After 6 months, they still haven’t billed my insura... read more

The Medical Director, Babak Arvanaghi, MD is a great doctor. I would highly recommend this facility.He said thank you to me for being my patient. Wow! Also, all questions were answered completely and in non-MD terms. Dr. Arvanaghi has a gentle manner about him.
