A first class experience.
Dr. Graves is probably the best surgeon I have ever encountered. He got me in his office in less than a week and preformed a fistula (2 of them) surgery and removed my gallbladder at the same in less than 2 weeks! This is after spending 8 years dealing with Dignity Health for the same problem. The man is remarkable and holds my deepest gratitude.
Dr. Graves is an exceptional oncology surgeon. He and his office assistant Sandy make the best team and were available to help us 7 days a week. I have never met a doctor and staff more dedicated to their patients. Dr. Graves is very compassionate and treated me as if I was a family member, guiding me through options and providing recommendations based on my specific needs. Always passed by Anderson Lucchetti Women's & Children's Center Thinking how nice it would be to get a tour. Well, we got our chance and had one of the best doctors ever, Dr. Graves, perform surgery on my significant other and important family member Hoping for Great Things .
Avoid this doctor at all costs. Dr. Graves cancelled my surgery only 3 days prior out of nowhere because I "asked too many questions" and he "did not want to deal with me." I had completed all pre-op work at this point and even had family flying in to help me. I told the woman this and even started crying begging them not to do this me but she was about as cold as a person can be saying "go ahead and file a complaint we don't care" before hanging up on me.
