Good surgeon. HORRIBLE office experience. Found out what my payment was 2 days before my post-op appointment. The world not see me without a payment plan. They made me sit in the waiting room while I called the financial office. SO rude and bold. I would never choose this surgical group. Unfortunately, mine was an ER situation so I didn’t have a choice. You will get your $800 but consider giving someone more than 48 hours.
Tina should be handling any after care requests because the lady is just plain rude and she hanged up in us twice after charging us. I will report this office to the state. No ethics.
Doctors are great but customer service should be handled by someone else with more empathy and less hatitude. Imagine taking our money then being rude about it when mistakes come from their own office. That's crazy
Wow. I am so blessed. Dr. Vidal I can’t thank you enough! I was super nervous about just the thought of needing to get surgery done being 2 months postpartum. I would watch videos of many different experiences after getting a gallbladder removed. I definitely saw horrible and painful recovery reviews but in my experience I had my gallbladder removed and with no pain WHAT SO EVER! Had hernia repair surgery here and Dr. Wing is a great doctor and did a great job but beware of the business office and the office management. They are horrible and make the whole experience horrible. They are very incompetent. They charge you money ahead of the surgery even though your insurance clearly states there is no responsibility of the patient but I paid because I needed the surgery thinking it would be a simple reimbursement later.
