I sent 2 messages through their website about giving me an estimate on a new furnace with central air conditioning. 2 days and no response, I guess they don't want my business or money.
Called the place to schedule for them to come out to put A/C in, told me two weeks out. The two weeks came and was never told someone needed to be at the home so I called them around 4p and left message- didnt hear back and I called and it was 4:59p and Katie picked the phone up and hung it up- never returned my voicemail. I asked this company to place the platform deck to the west end of my home and they dumped it in the east side and didn't give a crap when I called them about it. It cost me more money rto have it moved and they refused to reimburse me for their mistake. They were not helpful at all in this undertaking and only gave me lip service. I would not recommend this company to anyone as their drivers can't tell west from east. If you see this company run. Sandi Nolan
These guys are AWESOME. They came out during the weekend, and helped us out during some frigid temps. Went above and beyond to help us out. Also, cut us a break on costs due to problems with the repair. They are very fair and understanding. We've always used them for our HVAC needs. Mike was our tech who came out. Great guy and awesome repair man! Thanks again Capitol!
The young fella was respectful , honest-and got straight to the point on handling business, he took care of customers care and we appreciate that. I recommend him to anyone that need company service like, him - on point and on time. Thanks and take care!
