Love the staff at this place. All were friendly, welcoming and respectful. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and outdoor seating with fire pit is relaxing.
I am a Lifetime Hilton Honors Diamond member so I have stayed in a "few" Hilton properties over the last 40 + years. For me, cleanliness, service, and the local area a property is located in are the real keys to a great stay. Yeah, the outdoor seating area with fire pits and grills, pools, workout areas are nice, but for as many one night stand (stays) as I had, most trips I don't even see those areas. We stayed here for 3 days and never received maid service once. The only time the do not disturb sign was on the door was when we were at breakfast. We were gone all day after bkfst on day 2 and the maid never came. By the last day we had no towels left. We talked to the front desk about the problem and they blamed us.
