Hotel is great. The only issue i had was the mattress! Changed rooms the second night and still had a issue with the mattress. The mattress has a hump the size of Mt Everest in the middle! Probably would have had a better night sleep on the floor. Not trying to be a Karen but I will be sending my Chiropractor bill to the hotel!
Great pool & hot tub area by the spa, breakfast buffet, super friendly staff, walkable to restaurants. A lovely stay with children
Honestly best hotel in the area I live nearby and had to use this hotel when my house was being renovated me and my dog were beyond welcome the front office was amazing and for the price it was amazing
This would have been a 5 star review, except the Fire alarm went off at 8:40pm on 9-18-2025 while I was trying to get some sleep. There was no instruction from staff in-person or over an intercom system if this was a drill, a real emergency, or a false alarm. Over hearing discussions, in sounds like a maintenance person accidentally triggered the alarm sensor while working on a water or cooling system, which may or may not be accurate.
