As always I get EXCELLENT service when I bring my car in for maintenance! My service advisor ANTHONY is very pleasant and takes the time to explain to me what service is needed for my car, the cost, and the time that it will take it will take to complete it! I have had all of my services performed at Capitol Subaru on my 2021 Outback ST Touring and overall have been happy with service. This last service however was a little disappointing, it was a minor service so I chose to wait and was told it would be 2 hours. It was three and a half hours to get the service complete with no proactive communication - I have to request an update multiple times.
