Terrible experience. Prices increase as they please, yet the property is poorly maintained and visibly neglected. For what they’re pocketing in storage fees, you’d expect much better upkeep and professionalism. Management is useless and shockingly unaware of basic information like their own customer hotline. Completely unacceptable. Will not return nor would I recommend. Plenty of other options to choose from and that's the beauty of being a well informed consumer!
I appreciate how they have a number to text to have the gate open automatically where you don't have to try to get it to open with the key pad which sometimes it doesn't open. The way they provide the lock and it's easier to open with the combination because then I don't have to remember to make sure that I have the key with me. They make sure that the storage unit is clean when you move in and you don't have to worry about making sure that you have a broom to clean the unit before you move anything into the unit.
