Excellent customer service. Helped me with a situation with a time situation. Most pleasant and knowledgeable.
I was nervous to sign up for a storage unit without an office on site, I've had friends sign up, pay, and not be able to access the units. But I was able to get inside quickly, once I found the unit through the maze of numbers that made little sense (in fairness they did provide a map, I just didn't realize that until after I left), I was able to open it up with no issues.
