RecommendedI've had a Great experience here. Dr.Walter and staff have been excellent. I'm sleeping better than I have in years. I don't wake up with headaches anymore and my coughing has completely stopped. My sincerest thanks to everyone here and a big Thank You to Dr.Walters.
Front desk not so great, Dr Walter, his assistant and the lab staff are perfectly lovely people. The rooms for sleeps studies are outdated, but clean. DO NOT schedule an office appointment for a Monday! You will wait forever!!
Absolutely the poorest customer/patient service of any medical professional I've ever been to. Two weeks of unreturned phone calls. Rude and inflexible staff more concerned with punching the clock and collecting a check than anything else. Stay away.
This practice has no respect for clients' time. I once waited 45 minutes while the doctor was on the telephone talking to someone about his computer system. Today, I stopped in to get replacement parts for my CPAP machine. I waited nearly an hour. During that time, one woman pop your head out and said they were checking my insurance. I won't be going back.
Terrible experience as a local mortgage bank trying to obtain dates of employment for a past employee. The office manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. After leaving numerous voicemails he called back after three weeks to confirm he received all of my voicemails. His reason for not calling back was he didn't know which past employee I was referring to (a call back could have reaffirmed what was already left in my very first voicemail). The receptionist at this facility is very rude. I went for a consultation, forgot my insurance card & the way she handled the whole thing was very unprofessional. Rolling of the eyes, shaking her head. I would of rescheduled but I didn't like her vibe so I will be taking my business somewhere else. I will also be contacting the BBB- that's how unprofessional she was.
Dr. Walter is a great doctor! He knows what he is doing. I have been a patient since 2003. The staff are also very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for the great care I always get when I'm there.
Dr Marar was awesome! Really nice facility & the staff were very professional & polite!
