We had to replace our roof (35 year old shingles on an 1880 42’ roof) or lose insurance. Capital Roofing gave us the best estimate and did a beautiful job! The work done was very neat, everything was completed as promised in a timely fashion and the crew was professional, friendly and skilled!
We bought our home in May 2025, this last winter was our first here. We discovered damage from snow and ice dams on our metal roof on a Wednesday evening. I gave John at Capitol Roofing Inc., as well as a couple other companies, a call on Thursday morning. John was the only who discussed the extent of the damage with me and asked if we had any water intrusion. John and his team were out to repair the damage on Saturday. Working with Capitol Roofing is such a professional experience that it is almost in a class by itself. The owner of the company gave me what amounted to a tutorial in New England winters (as I am a recent arrival). He advised me that some work I was considering was unnecessary and suggested a better - and less expensive - alternative option. The work was done quickly and expertly. I would recommend this company to anyone. As I said, in a class by themselves.
