My mom’s home had tile roofing that had originally been installed in the 1980s. This fall (2025), Capitol Roofing replaced the tile with Malarkey 40 year shingles. The process was challenging for the roofing team as an estimated 40,000 pounds of tile had to be removed before re-shingling. I'm very satisfied with the replacement of my roof. The expectations communicated were followed through to the tee. The price came in less than I initially anticipated. The customer service provided was excellent. When my bathroom fan wouldn't work after, they were able to troubleshoot it and fix it. Awesome service and I would highly recommend for anyone looking to install a new roof on their home.
