We had a leak from the toilet because of an improper flange installation 2 years ago. Water seeped under the tile into the wall rotting out the baseboard and resulting in mold within the wall. I was referred to Capitol Renovations by a plumber. I contacted Fred who came to the house, assessed the problem, and got right to work. Capital Renovation was just what I was looking for. Local, straight forward, & punctual ! The finished bathroom was just as I asked. The job was completed at the time I was told it would be. Mr. Dalton always showed up when he said he would. Price was more than fair considering the scope of the remodle. I would recommend this company to my friends as well as my family!
