The Nurse Practitioner, Erin, and nurse, were fantastic! They were kind, caring, listened to our concerns and offered to answer questions. They quickly and throughly addressed the problem we came in for. 10/10 would recommend!

I've been here twice. Both times I was treated above & beyond my expectations. The receptionist is very attentive. The health care professionals were too!
I was really impressed with how fast I was able you get my sick son in to be seen. I was out in 1 hour. I tried St Mary’s urgent care first. Told me it’s going to be a 3 hour wait before he could be seen. So I was grateful that Capital Region urgent care was available and handled everything in a timely manner. The nurses were all very sweet as well.
This place is, in my opinion terrible. It closes at 6:00 and we came at about 5:00 and we looked and it said they had accepted their last patient even though it was nowhere near their closing and we saw their was only one patient in the waiting room. We called and someone answered and said they had "too many patents" though we knew there was only one person in the waiting room. She was quite rude about it too and ended up hanging up on us.
