I went to look at an apartment there based on an ad and was told the apartments are all full but I could fill out a form to be on a waiting list as #15 and was given an application, When I said I was there to look at their apartments the manager said they looked like her office. Now I had just sold my house and I know things have changed over time but it is a red flag to have people filling out an application without seeing what they are getting! and why advertise when nothing is available!!!
