I was very disappointed in the state of the room. It wasn’t clean ( I found a previous guest’s sock) and my shower only had one door. When I checked in after taking the elevator to the 4 th floor and walk up a flight of stairs! My room was freezing cold! The drunken overnight desk clerk accompanied me up the in the elevator and upstairs because he wouldn’t give me a key! DIDNT GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY…. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND zero stars was not an option

the BEST customer service ! Seriously this staff is what I’d call irreplaceable-they know the city super well and they are truly so welcoming, friendly, and passionate about hospitality. Sherry and Valerie were angels who demonstrate the true Hilton standard of excellent customer service. ☺️The ladies at the front are special because they make it a personable interaction every time and remembered our names, where we were from, asked us how we enjoyed the activities we had planned etc. That kind of service can be hard to come... read more
Wonderful stay great place with a great breakfast great service highly recommended
Huge problem checking in it was an absolute disaster rooms weren’t ready way past check in time Room was filthy heating system couldn’t be controlled Sink didn’t drain Shampoo etc weren’t full barely enough for one shower Employees were less then helpful Total waste of $200+
