Since you asked: The staff was great. All super friendly and super helpful. The reason for the rating: The outdated rooms and parking situation. Our bathroom had just 2 lights above the vanity. No light for the entirety of the room, and one of the 2 lights that were there was on and off like it had a short. Then we were told to use a key for the parking lot, which is an extra $12 a day. For a "Hilton" brand hotel this was not high caliber. Parking was $12 for overnight, shower on hot was barely luke warm and the restaurant was overpriced for the selection. It's the only decent hotel in town is what our friends told us who live in the area. It was nothing more than a bed and a (cold) shower.
