We really enjoyed our stay here, very unique and different hotel. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, the hotel also has a nice restaurant connected. In walking distance to a lot in the town which felt safe, parking secure. Rooms were clean and comfortable some offer balcony rooms that face the river over all we enjoyed our stay here we felt it was a great hotel for us to drive and visit the waterfalls in the area as well as other attractions such as smugglers notch.
Their Laundry room manager posted lies about me on social media for no reason, which is defimation of my character, I reported the incident to Shannon from HR with no luck... my Lawyer will be in touch with this Hilton Hotel. :/
Adorable hotel and friendly staff. The sheets and pillows were so comfortable. I do wish when I asked the bar tender to NOT make my alcoholic beverage a double that he listened. I couldn't even enjoy my first drink in a long time because he thought he was being kind. I thought it was actually extremely rude.
Great hotel. Needed a maintenance issue fixed during the night and they responded within 5 minutes. Right next to the State House. Within walking distance to most things downtown.
