Staff does the run of the mill physical therapy exercises. Ample parking spaces available, staff are nice and polite. A common courtesy of having someone competent is the feel you get here. They rent a pool for aquatic exercises. Comparing this place to Kaiser's Pt. This place is a marvel. No problems finding a parking space, no problems getting responses from a receptionist. I have been to several different physical therapy centers, and they have been overall good; however, Capitol Physical Therapy Center is by far the best, and the one that has helped me the most on my long road to recovery. All of their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have the extra advantage of having a working relationship with the gym next door, so they incorporate some gym equipment (and swimming pool, but I have not used it) into the physical therapy treatment. This place is awesome. The only physical therapy that has actually helped me. They are also truly concerned about your health and well being.
Finally found a GREAT place to get physical therapy. I hate to exercise because my joints hurt, but aquatic therapy has been wonderful. Thanks to everyone there.
