I was admitted 06/27/26. I was there for 5 days. I’ve been to a lot of psych hospitals. This one had the best food by far. It’s a nice, clean facility. HOWEVER, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a psych ward. I wouldn’t recommend it, and definitely will do everything in my power to never go back there. This place needs to give family members information about their loved ones that are patients. I have been trying to see how my son is doing and the response I get is I need a code!! I am his mother and concerned about my son and love him very much. He has skitzophrenia and I beleive that alone tells me he should not be making those decisions on his own. How do we fix this. This is the only mental health facility that gives parents no rights to help someone who can not help themselves!! This facility needs fixing.

Family member was there and the lack of communication and not even answering the phones was unacceptable. Hard to get any information. Our experience worsened when family member had medical emergency due to medication not being titrated properly. Still a new place but don’t see this working out if they can’t fix their major problems with communication, staffing, care compassion for family members that have agreed access to their information.

Incompetent staff with poor communication throughout the facility. I would recommend most anywhere else before trusting this place with your loved one.
