I was seen at Capitol Pain Management yesterday by Dr. Crook! She is amazing. She listens, she sympathizes and she gave me great options for my pain. She is an answer to my prayers. Finding the office was difficult. There isn’t adequate signage or instruction.
Front desk is great. Everything else is terrible. You are not a patient they care about unless you are on Medicare. Doctor has the temperment of a venomous wasp. Complete waste of time and energy. I've had a root canal in the army that was a more pleasant experience.
I am very satisfied with the treatment that I have received from CPI. Doctor Hellman is also a teacher. Once I understood my situation and he takes the time to listen. After each procedure, I am pleased to report The treatment is effective. When my sciatica pain calls out to me. There has not been a problem getting an appointment and move forward with his treatment plan. I say ‘Bring out the Hellman; and bring out the best’ Respectfully, Marlene Nichols.
