Very amiable, professional attention, explain everything to detail
Dr. Phillips was without question, without a doubt AMAZING! Kudos to Dr. Philips. Unfortunately, he works for an despicable, inept, incompetent, bungling management company which is RULED by the INSURANCE companies money. They botched my schedule, denied filling my pain medication AFTER I had just been released from the ER AND THEY INSISTED ON BILLING ME TWICE for one office visit AND one of the P.A.s' called ME "CONFUSED" because I was trying to dispute the second erroneous charge. I loved it from the time I walked in!! The people were very friendly and the doctor was great and actually explained stuff to me that I could understand and is so interested in finding out why I'm in pain all the time!! Great experience for sure!! I would recommend Dr. Andrew Phillips for sure!!
