I'm a new patient at Capital Pain Institute and my first appointment was last Wednesday. And I'm here to tell you that the entire staff were class personified. And Dr. Phillips was amazing and provided white glove service, you can tell it's not just a job to him but rather a commitment and he definitely displayed that during my visit. He didn't rush me like my previous Pain Management Doctor, he actually had a plan to help me get better.
The entire staff were very nice and address my concerns.
Very professional staff and doctor is exceptional person.
The wait time very little and Dr. Phillips was engaging and explained very well what treatments were available and what the next step would be. I would recommend him to my faimly and friends. Can not wait until we meet again.
