Everyone was so nice and I really liked Dr Patel he was the first pain specialist who really wanted to get me out of chronic diabetic neuropathy I have been to three pain doctors before him I want to thank him we are going to try spinal cord stimulation thank you and your staff for being exceptionally nice
Went to them for a second opinion. Staff was attentive & efficient. Dr. Patel was engaged & informative. I learned more from him than from all interactions w/previous provider- I understand the procedures & expectations much better. Impressive 1st visit.
Everyone is sweet and professional. I do wish the sign outside was bigger to avoid confusion with the adjacent practice. But other than that, i enjoy going there and being treated kindly by the staff. Patel is a genius and a great doctor; he listens and addresses all concerns, and gives you time to ask questions and even be nervous about stuff and needing reassurance. Due to small procedures and shots, i am experiencing the least amount of pain in over 20 years.
Staff welcoming and professional. All very nice. Dr Patel gives the time to explain why the pain and what the next steps are.
