Never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly. Rick never would do what my sons doctors asked to be done. We spent thousands of dollars and made multiple trips to try to get our sons braces made usable for him. Rick would "rig" something and send us on our way. My husband made better repairs to our sons braces than Rick ever could. I highly suggest making the trip to St. Louis for orthotics! This man and the way he runs his business is a joke!
