This practice is the most unprofessional dumpster fire I have ever encountered. The doctors and PAs are never the same as they constantly rotate in and out. If you are lucky enough to end up with a good provider, they leave by the time you can make a follow-up appointment. It's also incredibly challenging to get your refills processed when you need them because you have to jump through numerous hoops, including talking to several people at this practice, your pharmacy/pharmacies, and sometimes even your insurance company. The office is clean, staff is okay. Easy parking. Only thing I will say is that the front desk staff read my personal information out loud, in front of others in the waiting room, that I did not appreciate. The staff had my drivers license, insurance cards etc in their hand. All he had to do was ask if the information on my ID was correct. Instead of reading my address, date of birth, email, pharmacy aloud. My privacy was not protected.

I have never been more disappointed with a healthcare provider than these people have made me feel in the past week. The PA (Kelly) sees me and tells me that I need a prior authorization for the blood draw that I am told I need. She then requests ME to call my insurance instead of her making the call which is the norm. Then I call my insurance and am told they would need to speak with the doctor and not the patient to give authorization.
