Not Trustworthy. Looked at oven/range in Dec. Gave him a deposit for a new circuit board.. Now almost May and nothing. Have asked for refund many times to no avail. I will be contacting the Georgetown police soon.

Do not use this company. I got scammed from Chris for almost $800. He is a thief. He was sent to me from **** as a contractor to service a broken oven. He came almost a month ago to my house to diagnose the oven and stated that it needed a new display panel. He contacted **** to get the price and order the part. At that time, we we’re expected to pay for the panel in advance $800 so that **** could order the part. So we did. Never heard back from Chris. Had to reach out to him multiple times. This company doesn't do good work. They misdiagnosed a problem with our machine, then charged us $400 even though they did not fix the leak we were having. They also broke a bearing in our washer and refuse to replace it.

We were contacted by Chris through **** ******* when I was looking for someone to fix our fridge that was not cooling. He came out on March 14th and quickly diagnosed the issue. He said he will fix the issue by replacing a part (that he had in his truck) and also add Freon. It was fixed quickly and I was charged $350 (which I thought was ridiculously high, but oh well, what was I going to do). On Monday 04/23, a month later, the fridge is not working. STAY AWAY!!!!! I called Chris because my refrigerator was running all the time but was still cooling; the ONLY problem was the constant running. When he came out I again stated the problem and he said that all he needed to do to fix it was put a new part on it. While he was there I asked what his rate was ($85/hr-I had forgotten to ask when I called), and he said he had told me over the phone. Not true. In July I contacted Chris to install a vent hood and create a vent to the roof. He came out to my house to provide an estimate and was very pleasant. Because of the summer temperatures, he asked to do the install in two early morning visits. Fine by me but every time we scheduled the 1st visit he would cancel because of some "emergency" job.
