Huge shout out to Jamie and the whole service team at Capitol Mazda. I had a pretty stressful situation with my CX-5 recently, and they handled it with total professionalism. The communication is always spot on, the service is quick, and having a loaner vehicle ready makes a world of difference for my schedule. It’s rare to find a shop that really goes the extra mile to make sure a customer is taken care of, so I definitely won't be taking my Mazda anywhere else from now on.

I came in for a transmission fluid change, and Denise really stood out with his professionalism and helpful insights he went above and beyond, addressed all my concerns with transparency, and recommended the right fix without any pressure. The mechanics also did an amazing job, and I can genuinely feel the difference in my driving. I’ll definitely be coming back!
