Had a bit of an adventure this weekend after dropping off my car at Capitol Mazda for the 3-year service. Jamie was super helpful and offered a loaner since the service was going to take 3-4 hours—really appreciated that. Drove home with my freshly serviced car, parked, and as I got out—POP!—the driver seat base suddenly gave out. I went into my apartment to show my wife and see if it was something serious.
