I won a trip offered through Capitol Marketing Concepts. When it came time to book it, I would leave voicemail after voicemail with no return calls made back to me. I’m currently over 6 months in on trying to book my trip. I eventually got through to someone and they said they would get things resolved. I never Heard back from them again and my string of voicemails continued. It’s a shame that I worked so hard and sold so much of a product to earn this and I get this type of customer service.
