Capital Management has been managing our townhouse community to more than 10 years now, if memory serves correctly. The are professional and responsive. With that said, they are not the least expensive company "up front". 1) In part, this is because you get what you pay for. You shouldn't expect Lexus levels of service if all you are willing to pay for is a Geo Metro. 2) However, they have also saved us a bunch of money in negotiating better deals with contractors. Peyton Harris and his colleagues helped us with our situation at our Condo complex and we can't thank him enough. It wasn't an easy situation to manage but Peyton and his team did a wonderful job in mediating an uncomfortable situation that worked out for both the parties. Highly recommended
