Good for FFL transactions – Used Capitol Loans for an FFL transaction. Best rate in town ($25). Every employee I interacted with was professional and courteous. They were also prompt about calling me. My only complaint (and the only reason I'm not saying "5 Stars") is that someone made a clerical error when they tagged and stored my item. Bad situation turns terrible due to bad management response – I guess it's true that people are mainly driven to write reviews when they have a bad experience, because my experience at Capitol Loans has done just that. So, this was the first time I have ever pawned something, but I was in a tight spot and needed cash quick.
