I usually don’t rate businesses on google but this time I will and I hope this company actually pay attention to what I am about to write and if they feel its not right they can correct me!! I worked with Weller from Capitol on a real estate deal and found them very easy & accommodating to work with. Weller was knowledgeable and made great suggestions. It was a collaborative relationship. Their rates were reasonable for the location and space. I would recommend working with Capitol to those interested in leasing space.

I rented a space from these people and it was not cleaned nor was the garbage emptied for the entire last year of the lease. When I expected to get my security deposit back, they instead billed me for $144 and claimed that I owed a late fee, for which, in three years, I was never served a notice. Keep track of your checks when you pay these people. During the reconciliation, over the course of three days, they repeatedly sent me PDF's, not spreadsheets and the amounts varied wildly until their "final accounting." Surely ther... read more
