Great place to live great view my friend lives there.
My best friends mother lives in Capitol Lake Towers and her heat pump failed and can not find anyone to service it. They want her to move the location of the heat pump on to her patio which will require major interior demo and refinishing and cost double what a new system should cost. This 91 year old woman is now living without heating or air conditioning and is apparently getting no help from the management.
