We are deeply disappointed with the care received from this provider. Despite our clear explanations of symptoms and concerns, the doctor seemed dismissive, offering vague and generic advice that did nothing to address our specific medical issues, leading to unnecessary stress and discomfort. Furthermore, the lack of clear communication and follow-up (took 8 days) has exacerbated and compounded our frustration and has eroded our trust in their ability to provide sound and competent medical care.
