Horrible customer service honestly. Incommunicative. Tried calling many times and no one picks up. No one responds to text messages. Just leaves you hanging.
Booking a service appointment online was quick and effortless, and canceling was just as simple. I also appreciated the reminders sent to both my email and phone, which helped ensure I didn’t miss my appointment despite a busy schedule.
