Capitol Hills was a great apartment for a few years. The staff used to be incredibly friendly and the building was well-managed. But everything changed after the property was bought by a new company a few months ago. Since then, the new staff has been unresponsive and indifferent. one of the worst places i have ever lived at. Office staff loses your rent, then expects you to repay it. Cockroaches everywhere throughout the building. Office staff thinks they are above everyone and can do as they please and not follow any laws or leases. They will evict you for any reason if they do not like you or if you call them out on what they are doing wrong. Crooks, bums trash. They have 12 ads in Craigslist and anyone that puts a ton of ads on Craigslist they're usually crooks and steal things. This place is managed by Burlington Capital which has a office in downtown Omaha. Any place that asks you to pay more than $50 for the application fee abd and charges you for it before you get approved for the apartment are crooks. These people ask for $250 for a deposit before you get approved for the apartment then they make up a lie saying you're not approved and keep your money. I pu... read more
