Capitol Hills was a great apartment for a few years. The staff used to be incredibly friendly and the building was well-managed. But everything changed after the property was bought by a new company a few months ago. Since then, the new staff has been unresponsive and indifferent. one of the worst places i have ever lived at. Office staff loses your rent, then expects you to repay it. Cockroaches everywhere throughout the building. Office staff thinks they are above everyone and can do as they please and not follow any laws or leases. They will evict you for any reason if they do not like you or if you call them out on what they are doing wrong.
