Premises are looking worse and worse.
My experience with Capitol Hill apartments was awesome. The office staff and team was always one time with any request and always tired to do something monthly for residence. Thank you all for all you did.
The 2nd time was the charm. The 2nd service call for random rings from the smoke detector worked. A simple fix, smoke detectors replaced.
Worst place to tent from. Trying to collect money for services not rendered. Collected rent through the tornado even though power was out there.
