We love Capitol Hill and hope to be approved to live there. The leasing agent was amazing, very knowledgeable, kind and sweet and very professional. We enjoyed our tour very much.
Exceptional Staff with great service!
It’s 21 degrees outside and my heat does not work. It’s forecasted to drop down to 9 degrees tonight. I file an emergency request through the hotline as well as a maintenance request only to be told to turn my oven on, open it up and sleep next to it as if that’s safe. I asked for a space heater to be provided and was told they do not provide them. I asked for my emergency call to be escalated and was told no.
