I lived at this property for 3 years. It was great until Greystar bought the place. I moved out in Aug 2022 & my security deposit refund was dated well beyond 21 days after move out, & there was no itemized receipt for funds withheld. This violates RCW 59.18.280. I called, left voicemails, dozens of emails, never heard anything back. Reached out to their corporate office, still no response.
