Extremely well mannered individuals on the phone and in person. Attitude, tone and words can go a long way. Be proud of that Capital Group! Appreciate the help in what part to get for my water heater.
The guys in here couldn't answer our query, but said they'd research it and let us know what they find. I like when they don't stop at "I don't know" .
Got a garbage shower from them and only option was to fix I guess. Brand new unit. Repair process took forever and felt like they could care less. Spend your money else where. Every other place I know would have got it replaced. Used to be my only place I’d go.
How does this place have 5 stars?! Every tech I talk to says the same thing. Avoid at all costs!! Unless you like being sold the wrong part time and time again. I bet the guys at auto zone could find parts better than this circus. I’m on a job that has now been delayed 3 months due to their mess up. This is one of many orders they dropped or messed up. I wouldn’t do business with them but they got me for $1600 last year that they “credited” on my account. So now I’m trapped into spending money with this terrible company
