I live in capital green and it’s awful. The rent goes up yearly. We use to pay way less and now a few hours ago, I got a letter stating the rent went up by $200. When we put a ticket in, it’s never honored and they close it by the next business day. The maintenance here sucks, the apartment has molds and they never fix it.
