My appointment was with a PA at the Georgetown Clinic. I was appalled that I was taken to a Storage Room for my consultation. I am still deciding if I want to continue my surgery with them.

Most thorough and in depth appointment i have ever had with a physician considering it was telehealth. Feel more at ease regarding my gastrointestinal issues and ones surrounding those.
The appointment was a referral from my primary care physician. They had faxed all of my information to Capitol Gastro including my insurance information that was verified by the person accepting the referral. When I arrived the person at the front desk was really rude. She asked for my insurance card which I didn’t have with me. All she said was reschedule or leave before she got up and walked away from the desk. I took a day off from work and drove to Georgetown for them to waste my time.
