PURE SCAM!!! Had my truck towed here a week ago. I asked to check what was wrong with my truck. It couldn’t start. The guys did diagnosis on my truck and charged me $185. Then they took off the batteries off the truck, charged them and sent me an invoice for $1500 for just charging the batteries. I came here with a tow hitch to tow the truck home but the mechanic was actually able to start it. Recommend this shop if you tryna get scammed. Good luck
I just want to thank the service staff. Steven and Dakota were super professional from communication to helping out a customer I want to say thank you.I picked up my truck after a clutch and radiator job and I couldn’t get the air pressure up,Immediately they put it back in the shop and fixed my issues.They have a great team of mechanics and just made a customer for life.Thanks Steven for the ride home again also.again great customer service
The negative reviews are real. Checked in my 21 Cascadia on 01.21.2025 for low oil pressure. Probably on 01.22.25, in the afternoon, I was finally told the issue is with the crank shaft and was told it'd be ready on 01.23, then on 01.24, then on 01.26. Finally, when I went to pick it up on 01.26, upon my arrival, the bearded guy at the desk in the service department informed me of an ABS issue which I didn't have before. I picked up a 2026 freightliner Cascadia Chad Black in sales and Darrin Carlton the Sales Manager work with me for about 1wk getting everything lined up they offered a fare trade in value and overall was a great experience
All the other 1 star reviews are accurate. they had my truck for 4 days without being looked at, took my truck 90 miles up the road and had it back the next day! That was the second time I've done this with them. They hide trucks behind mack so they don't look as busy...and since they took the time to respond to the original reveiew, they still didn't say anything how I went to Slidell and got the truck back the next day when Capitol shop told me originally, should be a quick job and never looked at it.
