‼️‼️‼️Absolutely the worst service experience I have ever had.‼️‼️‼️ Our truck was still under factory warranty, and we were specifically told that an estimate would be sent to me for approval before any work was performed. Instead, we waited two days without any communication. I finally called myself to request the estimate. When I received it, I was shocked. PURE SCAM!!! Had my truck towed here a week ago. I asked to check what was wrong with my truck. It couldn’t start. The guys did diagnosis on my truck and charged me $185. Then they took off the batteries off the truck, charged them and sent me an invoice for $1500 for just charging the batteries. I came here with a tow hitch to tow the truck home but the mechanic was actually able to start it. Recommend this shop if you tryna get scammed. Good luck
Well, they had my parts ready. When I got there they're ready to sell you still. That's for sure, but whenever they renake a light and your nuts. That is on your original . Lights. Don't match up to the new lights, and they don't have no hardware to sell you with the lights, so I really don't know how that works whenever you're the one who has to hunt down the parks to continue the work on your truck. Like trying to find the right size nut.
I had several electrical issues, towed my truck to this dealer, guys checked out my truck, found the solution and fixed in 2 hours , minimum experience, great job!!!! Thank you so much!!!
Don't stop here unless you have 2 weeks of downtime available to sit in a hotel room and wait for your truck to be repaired. I had a breakdown on I-12 and had to get a tow to this place it was told to me that it was a first come first serve basis but I saw that other trucks that had came in afterwards were Serviced before me. And then you have the driver's lounge that has not been cleaned or updated ( pictures will be posted) no washer or dryer and no Surepower plugs outside on property.
