This place is absolutely amazing! I went there for a recall of my car and Jesus was nice and helpful. The whole process was professional and well documented. Also I’m satisfied with the convenient bus service and the delivery service.
I personally do NOT recommend taking your vehicle to the Capitol Ford Service Center if you want high-quality repair work completed. My truck has been in/out of service centers for the past several months, due to what appears to be the start of a failing battery. Capitol Ford was unable to properly diagnose the issue after multiple visits over the past few months (a total of about 10-15 days). Their customer policies are extremely unfriendly. The service is terrible, and the word “service” clearly means nothing at that dealership. Never again.
Decent service center, IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. Whenever I need to talk to somebody on the phone, I usually have to call in about 15 times to get somebody on the phone. This is not an exaggeration in the slightest, if I call ten times over the course of an hour, there's a 50% probability that I can reach a person once. Think about that, that means that each call you only have about a 5% chance of reaching a human. Good luck.
