Their customer policies are extremely unfriendly. The service is terrible, and the word “service” clearly means nothing at that dealership. Never again.
Decent service center, IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. Whenever I need to talk to somebody on the phone, I usually have to call in about 15 times to get somebody on the phone. This is not an exaggeration in the slightest, if I call ten times over the course of an hour, there's a 50% probability that I can reach a person once. With the exception of service advisor Jose, customer service here is horrible! Consistent problems every time I bring my vehicle in. Everything from speaking to me like I'm an idiot to refusing to diagnose and/or fix a problem on a vehicle they sold me! If you refuse to honor service/warranty contracts because it's a model other than Ford then you shouldn't sell them!
Don't ever go to this ford store for anything unless you are rich. I went to their store to fix a transmission problem and they gave me a $3000 maintenance plan and ended up paying over $700. Just replaced a new battery and they said they were too busy to help me with the transmission problem.
