We dropped our vehicle off at Capital Ford on a Monday—after waiting 3 to 4 weeks just to get an appointment—only to be told two days later that they have no idea when they’ll even be able to look at the vehicle. Let that sink in: you’re required to schedule weeks in advance just to have your vehicle sit untouched in their lot with no timeline for service.
