Quick Lane continues to reduce its perks. They no longer carry bottled water for their customers and now they charge a 3% fee for paying with a credit card. I see nothing special with Quick Lane. Their prices have always been higher than local entities, but we’ve always taken our Ford vehicles there. However, it’s time to shop around.

Such a great experience! Damian was able to find me the exact SUV I wanted!!! And followed up and answered all my questions. The process was seamless. And then Sandra finalized everything by explaining and helping me with all my options. I couldn't have asked for a better team!
I took my truck in for warranty work twice. The first time they had it for around two weeks. It took them a week before they even looked at it. The second time I took it in once for a diagnosis so they could order parts. They told if I did it that way they would Perform the service on the scheduled date. They didn’t even look at it. They also sent me an email saying I missed my appointment. In reality they’re the ones that missed the appointment, poor communication and not falling through with what they say.
Good crew. Not pushy and got me the truck I wanted.
