We were so happy to find Capitol Ford in Santa Fe when we suddenly needed a new car. They had just what we were looking for. We worked with Jose who worked with us on a great price and trade in, and then Jaime who helped with paperwork and closing out the deal. They took their time making sure our needs were all met and went above and beyond on service. We are so happy with our car and would definitely recommend this team!

I've been doing business with Capitol Ford since 1992. Over the years, as people retired, and new people came onboard, Capitol managed to keep that familiar feeling.
Do NOT take your vehicle to this dealership for recalls. When I made the appointment, I ask if they had the part and they said yes, but that was a lie. My appointment was @ 9:00 and dropped my vehicle off to get recall done. That's the time that the service advisor told me. Did not receive a call the hole day. I called them round 4:15 pm to check on any progress. They told me that didn't have the part. It also sounded like they didn't want to do the recall.
