If you’re anywhere around the Auburn area and looking for a great recovery place with great staff check out capitol floats. We did the fire and ice and it was great with the couple option to be with my wife and although she’s not a cold fan she loved the sauna as I did the sauna and cold plunge.
Always a wonderful experience. Best be careful though, its very addictive. You'll want to return often. Staff is pleasant and attentive. Rooms are clean and comfy. I am a long time customer. I love the massage, sauna, and floating.
First time in the Fire & Ice session and gotta say, we loved it! Sauna was awesome, cold plunge was invigorating. Followed that with a magnesium float and you’ll be set for a relaxing evening
Recieved an amazing massage. Then did a float a few days later. I have never floated before, it was a very unique experience. My back was bugging me all week, floated for an hour, and pain was gone. Not sure if it was mental or pysical but I left feeling like a new man.
Amazing experience! Truly a zen like I’ve never felt before. I rose out a new person. Thank you!
