I love Capitol Floats!! Whatever service you choose, your visit will be a great way to re-set yourself. Its always super clean & the staff are so friendly
I did the float and thought the room was clean and organized. This was my 3rd time floating; the experience was always very relaxing and well worth it. After the float, there is a common area where you can sit/relax, journal, read, etc.; outside seating is also available to hang out. The staff was also helpful and welcoming (: thank you! Being a working parent with a busy toddler, it's hard to take the time for myself, but floating for an hour just helps keep my sanity (haha). Highly recommend!
I started my self care day with a fire and ice session followed by a back to back float session. Rebecca was an amazing facilitator as is all the staff. Thank you!
