Great customer service from Alexis. Relaxing and wonderful.
The sauna room and sauna was very nice and seemed very, very clean. My only disappointment is that if you are a larger person or average size person there is no way for you to lay down. I am small so I can and can't imagine sitting up or standing the entire 30 minutes. Maybe this is the way they're all designed. I did buy a membership. The towels ALWAYS smell musty with bacteria so I just bring my own.
Capital Floats Auburn was a great experience! I did a full deprivation float (no lights, no sound) and it was totally transcendent for my body and mind allowing me to relax years of stress and injury. The staff only invigorated the experience by making the transition back to the "same ol' same ol' " alot easier. Take it from me, if you haven't floated before - FLOAT, if you have, keep floating as I will 10/10 be doing it again. But first I gotta do the Fire & Ice!
Hands down the best SPA in Auburn Ca!!!! From the Sauna, Cold Plunge to the Massage Therapy and Float Tanks, we are spoiled to have Capitol Floats in our community!!!
Singa Pallavi was excellent! This was my first time going to Capital Floats, but it will not be my last. I'm so glad my wife get me a 90 minute massage for Father's Day.
