Great place to live
The maintenance and tenant services team at Capitol Flats are exceptional. My icemaker was not working. I went down to the office at 9.10a to talk to Sophia. By 9.30a Jim was at my door. He came back with a brand-new icemaker, installed it and I now have ice. That whole request took less than one hour. When you live in an apartment building, you rely 100% on the staff that works there because you can’t really do much on your own. We’ve been loving our time at capital flats. We’ve mainly interacted with Sophia and she’s amazing. Very personable, professional, and thoughtful. If a problem ever occurs, the office is very prompt at responding and finding a solution. It is a bit expensive but the location is so worth it and the apartment has been pretty solid. So far, so good! The Capital Flats staff (Sophia Maes in the Leasing Office, Ana the Housekeeper and Aaron the Maintenance person) are friendly and responsive. A few days after I moved in, I noticed some light bulbs burned out. They fixed the issue within 24 hours and Aaron was considerate in making sure I was notified before entering the apartment.
