I had the pleasure of working here and all I can say is the residents are amazing and extremely kind! Aaron the maintenance supervisor is amazing and takes care of all work orders in a timely manner. Anna our house keeper keeps the community looking clean and beautiful. Tyler the business manger does an amazing job at making sure everything is running smoothly. Enda has returned to Capitol Flats and she is GREAT! Any time I have a question, she can answer it, even guiding me through the apps for the building. I have enjoyed living here. The apartments are roomy, even when our son, his wife, and their 2 cats are visiting. I love having a balcony with a view. I know that Edna is not a permanent person here, but that would be the only thing that I can think of that would make living here better.
