Was living here for 2 years. While the rent is a bit over priced but it is really a nice place to live, and nothing to complain about the service.
Everytime I walk in the office it smells great, the managers Sofia and Ana are very kind, friendly and helpful. Very professional. Gated community secure mailboxes over all great appearances and views.
We just moved from LA and I could not be happier. Sophia, Ana and Aaron have just been amazing. The staff just makes everything about a move like this so much easier! A big 5 stars and then some for ALL of them! Thank you Capital Flats SF!

Community managers and regional manager are well aware of the racist comments and the N word being used when referring to the residents. Both the Regional manager and Community Manager were aware of of the issue and chose to do nothing about it and just away. I posted video on your Olympus property facebook page as well as tik tok youtube and online
