Still a 5-star place! I have been living here for almost 4 months and love it! It is a very comfortable apartment. I love the location - so close to Trader Joe's and next to a health food store (Natural Grocers). The resident lounge is really nice - comfortable and welcoming! The office staff are responsive and nice! I highly recommend it!
Awesome team. Sophia, Anna, and Garrett, have done and excellent job managing and maintaining the property. I have been here for nearly two years and have had an exceptional experience thus far - Jason.
Amazing maintenance person. Garett is in a class of his own. He knows the job, is courteous, and thorough.
Lived here since the apartments first went up. It’s been a really great experience. Ana has been a great housekeeper through and through. She is usually one of the first faces you see around the building. She is very friendly & talkative, and always making sure things stay up to shape around the place. Haven’t even moved in yet (shortly)! I need to express my immense gratitude to Capitol Flats and especially Sophia! I went on the tour last week while visiting Santa Fe! Sophia was one of the reasons I decided to apply to be a resident there! The property is phenomenal, clean, pretty and in a great neighborhood! Sophia was so welcoming and genuine! As a nurse, I need to feel safe and I noticed all the safety features there! I highly recommend this place!
